नमस्ते म अभिषेक पहरी हुँ । म श्री पथ प्रदर्शक मा. वि. पढ्ने कक्षा १० का विद्यार्थी हो । म ललितपुर जिल्ला गोदावरी नगरपालिका वडा नं.४ बडिखेलमा बस्छु । अब म लटाईको बारेमा लेख्दै छु । लटाई हाम्रो खेल्ने सामाग्री हो । लटाई बास वा काठबाट बनाइन्छ । लटाई बेलन आकारका हुन्छ । यसको प्रयोग कम समयमा धेरै धागो तान्न गरिन्छ । यो दसैँ,तिहार चाडपर्वमा चङ्गा उडाउन प्रयोग गरिन्छ । यो काठको कारखानामा बनाइन्छ । अब म नेपाली, सामाजिक, अङ्ग्रेजी, विज्ञान, गणित विषयको प्रस्तुत गर्दै छु ।
नेपाली विषयसँग जोड्दा
अब म नेपाली विषयसँग जोड्दै छु । नेपाली शिक्षकले भन्नु भए अनुसार लटाई लाई नाम पद हो । यो एक वचन र निर्जीव पदार्थमा पर्दछ । लटाईलाई म आत्मपरक लेख लेख्दै छु ।
म लटाई हुँ । मलाई विशेष गरी साना बालबालिकाहरूलाई मनोरञ्जन दिन काम म नै गर्छु । मेरो आकार र बनोट अनुसार मेरो मूल्य पनि फरक फरक हुने गर्छ थारै पैसा हुने कोलागि सानो र सस्तो रूपमा मेरो सेवा उपलब्ध गर्छु भने धनी व्यक्ति र सौखिनहरूको लागि म अलि महँगो पनि हुन्छु । मसँग खेलेर रमाउन विशेष कला र क्षमता पनि चाहिन्छ । दसैँ, तिहार जस्ता ठुला पर्वमा चङ्गा चेट गर्ने प्रतिस्पर्धा पनि हुन्छ ।
लटाई लट्टा र ई प्रत्यय शब्द मिलेर बनेको हुन्छ । यसरी नेपाली विषयको जाडे । अब म अङ्ग्रेजी विषयसँग जोड्दै छु ।
English subject :
According to English teacher; Lattai is a traditional kite flying reel, typically used of wood and pastict or metal. So its feature a circular design with a spinning mechanism for easy control. It is used during festival likeTihar and during the cultural kite flying tradition. It brings joy and for the small kids. Wooden lattai is available in the rural sides of Nepal . This is how I added the subject of English. Now I am connecting with the social topic.
सामाजिक विषय
सामाजिक शिक्षकले भन्नु भए अनुसार यो परम्परा देखिनै उपयोग हुँदै आएको छ । यसले हाम्रो मौलिक सांस्कृतिक विश्वमा चिनाएको छ । हाम्रा पूर्वहरु प्रकृतिको नजिकमा रही लटाईजस्ता विभिन्न किसिमका खेलकुदहरु खेल्ने गर्थे तर आजकालका बालबालिकाहरु कृतिम खेलहरु जस्तैः इन्टरनेटमा सम्पूर्ण खेलकुदले गर्दा उनीहरुको शारीरिक, मानसिक तथा सामाजिक अस्वस्थ्यता पाइन्छ ।। लटाई विश्वभरि नै प्रयोग गरिन्छ । यसरी मैले सामाजिक विषयको जोडे । अब म विज्ञान विषयमा जोड्दै छु ।
Science subject :
According to Science teacher; a 'Lattai' is used to fly kites. It is example of wheel and axis. It consists of two cylinders fitted on the common axis. The bigger cylinder is called a wheel and the small cylinder is called axle. When the load hanging on the axle is lifted up by applying the effort, the thread is wrapped quickly. Now I am connecting to the math subject.

Math teacher said to me that it has three cylinder shapes. We can find exact total cost of it. The price of this 'Lattai' can be found by looking at shape and size. Small 'Lattai' cost Rs. 150 to 250 and the larger one cost from Rs. 250 to Rs.1150. We can find the circumference, Total Surface Area (T.S.A) , Curved Surface Area (C.S.A) ,Volume (V) and its Area (A).
I am presenting mathematical operation given below:
Height (h) = 30 cm , Diameter (d) =8cm
so,
Circumference = 2πr
=(2x3.14x4)cm
=25.12cm
Again,
Area(A) = πr^2
=3.14x4^2
=3.14x16
∴ Area=50.24〖cm〗^2
Again,
Curved surface area (C.S.A)=2πrh
=2x3.14x4x30
∴C.S.A=753.6〖cm〗^2
Again,
Total surface area ( T.S.A)=2πr(r+h)
=2x3.14x4(4+30)
=25.12x34
∴ T.S.A=850.4〖cm〗^2
Again,
Volume(V)=πr^2h
=3.14x4^2x30
=3.14x16x30
∴ Volume(V)=1507.2〖cm〗^3
